We also do not help with the repurchasing of consumables as these items are subject to the requirement of the landlord to use what type of consumables for his or her customers.
For most landlords, the pricing is of most importances as most of the landlords are looking to make a positive cashflow out of the unit. As of now, we charge RM60.00 per cleaning if there is a singular unit in the building of the unit that requires our attention.
